Basic stovetop cooking instructions (makes 4 servings):

  • Bring 2 cups (12oz) of water to boil in a pot.
  • Stir in 1 cup (6oz) of buckwheat.
  • Add ¼ tsp of salt.
  • Return to a boil, then reduce to simmer.
  • Cover and cook until the water is absorbed (approx. 10-15 min).
